Payment Terms & Conditions
Applications for Sponsor and/or Exhibition must be made in writing with the booking form
Booking forms received before 1 March 2022 and invoiced for a 50% deposit to be paid within 30 days of receipt. The remaining balance is to be settled no later than 31 March 2022. Non-payment by this stated deadline will lead to the cancellation of your booking, without reimbursement of the deposit paid. Booking forms received after 1 March 2021 will be invoiced for the full amount, to be paid within 30 days of receipt.
Cancelation/ Reduction Terms
Cancellation and changes to your original booking must be made in writing. For cancellations before 31 March 2022 full payment less the bank charges will be refunded.
For cancellations between 31 March – 30 April 2022- 50% of the sponsorship / exhibition amount will be charges as a penalty and the rest will be refunded less the bank charges.
For cancellations on or after 1 May 2022 – full sponsorship / exhibition amount will be charged and no refunds will be made.
Refunds will be made within 30 days after the Congress Dates
All prices are exclusive of VAT, and are subject to VAT which will be added to the invoice.
The charge of the VAT will depend on the location of the supporting companies.
