10 apartments have been allocated at the Mount Scopus & Kiryat Hayovel Campuses of the Hebrew University; each apartment has two rooms. The rooms will be available to rent from Sept 4 – 9 2022 maximum 5 nights.
The cost of the rooms is $ 15 per night for the doctor – a total of $ 75 for 5 nights will be paid by the doctors.
All apartments are air-conditioned, furnished to high standards, and include a kitchen, living room, shower and restroom. There is free WiFi throughout the Student Village.
All cancellations must be emailed to [email protected] prior to the below deadlines. Refund of the fees will be as follows:
Cancellations received until and including July 15, 2022 – full refund
Cancellations received between July 16 to August 15, 2022 – 50% will be refunded
From August 16, 2022 – no refund will be made
Please note that any cancellations resulting from the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, including quarantine, lockdown or unforeseen travel restrictions, will be reimbursed for the full 100% amount upon providing a proof of status.
